The staff made my experience from good to excellent. I was having a rough day upon check in (phone ran out of battery, had no clue how to get to the hotel, walked aimlessly for 30mins with my family of 5 in extreme heat). Your staff allowed me to check in early, gave me a portable charger and gave me a room that fit 5. I am a Titanium elite member with Marriott (having stayed in over 3000+ nights in my professional career) and the service here was tailored and amazing. Thank you for taking care of us!
