He wrote out locations for me to go in English then Chinese so I could communicate to get transport to where I wanted to go. He even helped me with how to set up payment apps through phone since you can’t use credit card In China. I would highly recommend Kimmy if you are an English spoken traveller. The metro was around 50m from the hotel. Just talking about breakfast, it has a lot of choises but only for Chinese people. Don't get me wrong, the food was good but it's not European breakfast.
