There was NO HOT WATER for our showers!! We do not mind paying extra for the comfort. We were there for a funeral so it was especially disappointing not to be able to at least get a nice shower and the coffee is disgusting. The staff was awesome and the room smelt fresh and was very clean.

    My car was right outside my bedroom window.

    My car was right outside my bedroom window. Better warmer weather a picnic area just out my back entrance. I would definitely check filter for cleanliness as check in staff are required to handle lock outs not maintenance. dirty filters are maintenance not housekeeping.
