The bathroom is small and needs some work. The lady that checked us in was great. We left on a Monday and couldn't find a place To eat breakfast. Not the hotels fault.

Great location

Such an amazing property right on the river. Perfectly located for all kind of recreation. Love this place. It’s always well managed and the people are awesome.

Convenient

They have a sprinkler pump located next to the cozy cottage, which may best be called a rustic hangout, that could not be turned off because the lever was stuck and it made a loud hum the whole visit. Also, they've used a very unpleasant room freshener spray that is overpowering and smells a little rancid. My lungs have been compromised and it made it hard to breathe. Usually when there are room fresheners it means there's mold or another unpleasant smell they're trying to cover up. The bathroom is not private and only has swinging bar doors. I would never recommend this place for anyone unless you were desperate. The kitchen sink gurgles when you flush the toilet. We did not see any insects or critters except for two cats that kept trying to come into the room. We contacted the owner and they said they were going to send a ranch hand out to stop the pump noise but no one ever showed up. It would have been a quiet place to stay but the pump destroyed it. This cabin is located in a very unkempt farmyard located down a dirt gravel road behind a supposed lock gate in the remnants of an apple orchard next to a stream. With a little extra effort this place could be a nice place to stay. A real door on the bathroom and new carpet would be a good start and possibly removing the water stains on the ceiling. Although the bed was decent but a little soft, the sheets are very comfortable especially after we remade the bed properly. Unfortunately we won't be back because of the extremely loud night and aroma.

It was absolutely wonderful and felt like home away from home!! Excellent location with fabulous Views!! Loved the wild life always walking and grazing outside !! Amazing place to stay!!

The house was just perfect.
