The hotel is truly the best place in Sheikh Zayed. Special thanks to Elshimy and Hazem from reception for their excellent service, the main restaurant team for their warm hospitality and delicious food, and the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless. Staff was great ‚the terrace where breakfast is served open air ,was just behind the actual pyramid just like the photo on your site . Very clean and very very friendly people and management. we had a great evening at the pyramids show, seeing them at night. The rooms were so so GOOD and CLEAN and professional set up. The beds were so comfortable and Good soft and expensive I think . I would recommend it if people want to see the pyramids in day time and night time ,this hotel is IDEAL

Our experience at Galaxy Pyramids view inn was absolutely unforgettable ! From the start ,the hospitality went far beyond our expectations. Seif ,who come to pickup us up at the airport , was simply incredible- so kind, welcoming and professional,he immediately made us feel at ease. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by the sweetest receptionist,always smiling ,helpful ,and attentive ,making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The owner mr.adam of the hotel is also truly wonderful- attentive ,generous,and always checking that every guest is comfortable and happy. the hotel itself is fantastic: our room with a jacuzzi was stunning , very comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. Everyhing was spotless and perfectly prepared . Throughout our stay , the whole team went above and beyond to take care of us , always with kindness and attention. Recommend galaxy pyramids view inn to anyone visiting cairo.
