The room was very spacious. Big enough for comfortable settee and chairs. T.V. was huge. The place is very quiet. Staff very friendly. The location, not bad not far from the town center.

I booked a room with a view, we reached at night we got a room but didnt see much but the next morning the view was only the side building in front of our room. I made a request to change my room and they agreed for an extra cost, the room we received was only opposite our existing door, thought it was an upgrade. We went out and they moved our luggage to the new room. I asked for the key as we we coming back at night, they told me not to worry and give a call when we will arrive and someone will come to drop the key. Before arriving I informed them that I will reach in some time they told me their staff will be waiting for us down there. After reaching, my son who was tired whole day slept in our arms waiting for them to hand the key to us, I then received a message that they will be there in 10 mins as there are new clients which arrived, I was still waiting, after 20mins they sent me a message and asked me to come to pick up the key myself at midnight... It was such a bad service!!!!!

My Stay Experience – Worth Every Penny! A day before we moved in, I had already contacted the person in charge. When we arrived, they guided us smoothly on where to park the car. It was super easy: just drop all your belongings and elderly folks at the waiting area at Tower 4, then the driver goes to Tower 7, Level 1 to park the car. Follow the given instructions to walk back to Tower 4. The room was really nice, clean, and super comfortable—spacious enough to fit 4 to 5 people. The location was perfect with a beautiful mountain view. The weather was cold, and it even rained at night, which made it feel extra cozy. You can find food at the Tower 7 Tavern. The food is delicious, though slightly on the pricier side—fried rice was around RM25. Other dishes were tasty too. Tips for a better stay: Bring 3-in-1 hot drink sachets for cold nights. Pack some snacks and instant breakfast like tuna. When heading down, chill at Gohtong—don’t miss Aunty Lisa’s shop, her mee curry is seriously sedap! Download your favourite movies and songs and bring a USB—perfect for chilling indoors. They provided some basic toiletries like shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, and even some body lotion. Overall, it was totally worth the money. Just a small reminder—please keep the place clean before you leave. Happy holidays, guys! 🌄❄️

    Overall the environment of the surrounded hotel are good, especially the forest & garden are perfect. If I have to complain about it, it's just that the furniture in the hotel room and the toilet facilities are too old. It should be renovated, so that the stay experience will be greatly improved.

    Genting Highland is best for Gambling, Funfair, Family shot...

    Genting Highland is best for Gambling, Funfair, Family shot trip and a Getaway from heat. Eatery is double the price of Kuala Lumpur so does other commodities. Get around in Genting Highland (Hotel Hopping I call it) for now is a bit messy and hopefully it will get better after their current upgrades.

    Wonderful weather and scenery, but less than wonderful people. There are always people smoking everywhere, despite the no-smoking signs, and it always reeks of cigarettes. Beneath the glitz and colourful lights of SkyAvenue, there is a sense of age and use—both literal and metaphorical—that the neon screens cannot fully hide; a feeling that the land itself has been used up, reduced to a husk through the relentless pursuit of capital.
