Seminyak was a great location and everything is within a short drive / ride. Scooter transport is definitely the way to go as traffic is often heavy and cars get stuck in it whereas scooters can much more easily navigate the blockages. Scooter hire is everywhere but be warned, this is not the place to learn to ride a scooter. If you don’t know how to ride one, use GoJek. There are some really nice resorts in Seminyak, and they are full service, so it might be tempting to plant yourself at one and enjoy Bali from the easiness of your resort, but I would highly recommend to get out and about in Seminyak and see what the place has to offer.Guest review byBrentAustralia - 10.0

We enjoyed Seminyak. Good shopping and restaurants. We went to Bambu, Sea Circus and Japanese Restarant twice. The only negative comment is the footpaths - sometimes crowded with parked motorcycles forcing people to walk on the busy road. Annora Villas is well placed with easy access to the beach and some good spots for sunset drinks and dinner. A short walk or taxi ride into town gets you onto the main strip.
