I love the homey ambiance of the hotel. Shops are just around the hotel and restaurants near the river are within walking distance. The staff are wonderful. They even noticed that my son was celebrating his birthday when we were there and they provided a cake to surprise him with. I would be coming back to this hotel.

The room was comfortable, light and clean. The towels where nice a soft. Mini bar had a nice selection of beverages at reasonable costs. The pool area was very pretty. The location was perfect; close to everywhere we wanted to walk. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Above all, Mrs Flower who runs the hotel was amazing! She had banh mi waiting for us on arrival, made excellent restaurant and shopping recommendations and arranged an excursion for a coconut boat ride with transportation. She was wonderful!

The staff were very helpful. Emma and Julie made sure that our check in went smoothly and that we were comfortable. Our flight kept getting delayed and they made sure we were still able to check in. The shower was AMAZING. The amenities they provided all smelled very good. The AC worked very well which was great since it was VERY hot and humid outside. It was very comfortable especially after long tour days. This hotel was walkable to many different places nearby. I found it to be much more comfortable and charming than I had expected.
