We were three adults and one small child. Very hospitable, accommodating, and responsive hotel administration and service staff. We have never experienced such a response anywhere that they extended the check-out time for us without extra charge so that the child could rest before departure and we didn't have to go anywhere in the hot sun. The rooms are spacious, kitchenette with all necessary equipment, a TV in every room, and balconies. Yes, it may need cosmetic repairs and modernization somewhere soon, but everything is clean and tidy and all the equipment works perfectly. The food is varied and rich. Near the hotel, there are two Supermarkets with drinks and everything you need if you want to prepare a meal in the room's kitchenette. There are many opportunities for children's entertainment in the area, everything is clean, tidy, and abundantly supplied with everything you need (loungers, soft mattresses, sun beds, towels, drinking water). The main dishes are also very good and I must point out the great service from everyone we received in the restaurant - great team! The pool area is great too. Many places, small or big areas to chose from and the hotel rooms balconies or patios are a great spot to relax as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a small apartment feel. Very clean and well maintained. Around the hotel there is also plenty to do with many lookout points and stargazing areas. Easy to find and easy to walk back to the hotel. Closet town to the airbase ( ceremony event ) thought best to take a hotel for a night , enjoy the airforce ceremony and spend the night in Beersheba then head north the following day. The hotel was so bad I truly considered leaving ! I am biased since I love Arad. This small city above the Dead Sea, with its clean, fresh air, peacefulness and quietness, and amazing Judean Desert views is very special. It soothes the nerves and does wonders for one's health. If you a lover of busy (and noisy) nightlife, this is not a place for you. Located in the Negev desert, with easy access to hiking trails, need to have a vehicle to get there and to do any excursions as there is little in the immediate (walking) vicinity. Nice hotel, but no views, rooms have internal balcony so not nice to sit out. Studio room was large and well appointed. Staff were very friendly But her are the draw backs, overcrowded pool area, busy noisy dining room, excellent breakfast, dinner not so good. Did not use Spa, so no comments on this. This is a Moshav in the Central Arav region of Israel. The Moa winery offers tastings of their excellent wines for a fee. You can also order a cheese and bread tasting. A grocery store is open daily where we shopped for food, since the Art House has a well-equipped kitchen. On Fridays there is a Farmers Market next to Moa. Guy who owns the Art House rental will have you meet his mother who is an excellent pottery maker. It is a ten-minute drive to the Sapir aquatic training center.
