Nothing, after the staff was very rude and argumentative. We were traveling because we lost a family member and stayed at this location. We arrived on Saturday night and on Sunday evening I asked for a late checkout fir Tuesday. The young lady asked would 12p be good I agreed. On Tuesday morning at 1030a housekeeping knocked reminding us there was an 11a check out, I reminded her of our late checkout and she said she would give me to 1130a, I disagreed told her we agreed to a 12p check out. The front desk staff the. Called our room, rudely told us there was nothing stating a late check out that we need to be out byv11a. I explained the yiu g lady sunday wrote it down, she basically said I was lying and that we need to leave by 11a. I told her I did not appreciate the attitude and said I would be leaving at noon as agreed upon on Sunday. The staff called back again argumentative and said I had to be out byv11a, we packed and went down stairs to check out and the lady then said she misread the note. I will never stay at this location again and am appaled at the lack of customer service they possess. I know we are nothing in this small scheme of things but friendly is free and the gravy and biscuits tucked also. Also, when asking fir more wash cloths and towels they acted like we were going to steal them or something. We had to explain we used the others in the morning and needed more for our shower the next mor ing. They made us bring down the old before they would attempt to get us new ones.
