The rooms were so spacious and clean! There was a lovely common areas with coffee and a shared refrigerator. We were surrounded by views of the ocean, highlands and the glacier. Breakfast was delicious and filled with choices. The museum was so interesting, I bought one of the author’s books. Overall it was a perfect stay!

The hotel seems quite old, with outdated decor and furniture, but it has his charm and we had a comfortable stay. What I really liked the most was the breakfast. Foods like lamb pate, beef tongue & mushroom cheese were a pleasant surprise for us.
