The apartment was really nice.. very modern, etc. The check-in process seemed a hassle at first but turned out to be smooth, as they also provide shuttle service from train station to the hotel location.. the place itself was kinda residential but still a lot of eateries and cheap shopping around.

Beautiful property. Wonderful manager. The inn has a lovely garden and a unique layout that allows you to see it from different angles. The proprietor is kind and considerate. He took good care of me. They've got a few bicycles on site for guests to use. This is a great way to get around Kyoto if you're comfortable with urban riding.

Everything was good. A very clean house, good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen. The other guests were respectful and so no problems with noise. Minus one point for no soap in the bathrooms.
