Our stay at the property exceeded our expectations! The house is newly built and very clean with well equipped kitchen, spacious balconies with a sea view. Beds were very comfortable. The outside common sitting area was tastefully arranged with plenty of space for grilling and entertaining. Our kids enjoyed the separate area with the swings and slide. The outdoor two showers came in very handy to wash off sand from the beach or just to refresh with sun warmed water. The Queen’s beach is approximately 10 minutes by foot. There are also two bakeries and a food store 5 minutes from the property.

It was perfect to say the least. Everything was simply great. Nice apartment, great hospitality and good location. The apartment is modern, spotless clean and equipped with everything necessary for the stay. The owners are very friendly and keen to fulfill every little wish for their guests. The beach is a few minutes walk away from the apartment. The city centre is 5 min by car. Supermarkets are ca. 10min drive. The owners offer SUP and bicycles for free.

    Great vibe in the area. Good local restaurants. Used Pizza Peperoni which was great, Mad Suck and Konoba Kampanel. All took card payment. Restaurant Tomislav only accepted cash - with 140€ bill I would have liked to be made aware in advance Bakery staff super welcoming. Would have been good to know in advance about a public holiday the day after arrival

    Small town with a historic background and great connection...

    Small town with a historic background and great connection to the sea. We loved the seafood and the sand beaches. We enjoyed the Salt Museum and rented a hydrobike, a SUP but there were many other activities such as kiteboarding, windsurfing, ski-jet driving ... and even a school of kiting.

    There are many beautiful beaches in the vicinity, you can be on a different beach every day. Nin is a beautiful historical town where salt is mined, which I also recommend visiting. Nearby is the royal winery, where they offer excellent wine. You can also visit the museum in Nina.

    Nin is a beautiful place to stay.

    Nin is a beautiful place to stay. Friendly locals, stunning beaches, swallow waters in the lagoons making it particularly save for young families. Plenty of restaurants and gift stops. hire an e-bike - its great fun. I would definitely return.

    A beautiful little town located on an island in a lagoon. Without crowds and excess of tacky souvenirs. Beautifully restored historic defensive walls, entrance gates and bridges. Very clean, quiet, lots of nice restaurants.

    A normal Croatian city :) A great Old City of Nin ! Not a big space / area for the Old City but a lot to visit, see, picture etc. Park where you can pay by card, is easier and is just in front of the main City gate / entrance. Really really deserve your visit !

    The hosts are very friendly. The apartment had a nice terrace. The kitchen equipment is sufficient. Parking on site. Near the apartment, about ten minutes, is a sandy beach. The environment is quiet, and within walking distance is the ancient town of Nin and the salt museum. We had a great holiday, and the host's family was very welcoming, making us feel part of the family. They made us cakes and cooked mussels for us, and we helped ourselves to figs that grew around our apartment.

    Fantastic location, a few minutes from the centre of Nin and the wonderful sandy beach. Sunny terrace for breakfast and loungers to relax on in the shade after lunch when it may be very hot. Immaculately clean. Friendly gracious host Zlatko and his wife live onsite should you need them, but otherwise give you your privacy. Hope to return and would recommend these apartments,. to anyone visiting Nin

    Great guy, always smiling. Great location, first row on the beach, you can enjoy the sound of the sea during breakfast and also during the evening drink on the terrasse. Just a few minutes walk to Nin centre if you want to enjoy old town or restaurants.

    The room was acceptable—basic but decent. However, you have to clean up after yourself and take out your own trash. This cannot really be considered hotel-level service. Towels are only changed for an extra fee, and cleaning the room costs €50.
