Breakfast is served at the hotel opposite which has a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake. we had free access to the hotel's canoe and kayaks which was a real treat. The street that separates the main hotel (Art Hotel) and the apartments, has a direct bus connection to Ascona and Locarno. It was very quiet and picturesque place to walk or simply to sit at the balcony and soak in the view.
