Staying in Ashikaga to see friends. For Japan, the rooms were spacious and included a fridge, closet, and pajamas and slippers. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered traditional Japanese breakfast foods and tasty pastries. The staff were very friendly. In exchange for skipping on housekeeping, we were given tokens for the beverage vending machines. The towels were replaced daily and were nicely sized.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. For me, it was perfect for my needs. The staff was very kind and helpful. It's good to know they have hotels all around Japan. I'm definitely going to use their services again.

    This quiet gem is worth the trip!

    This quiet gem is worth the trip! It’s a one hour bus ride on a very clean bus to arrive from the airport to a train station connection. There is so much rich history here, beautiful things to see and wonderful food to discover! Home to the oldest school and strongest shogun clan. Samurai parade in February if you can handle the cold. 10/10 come visit Ashikaga!

    Ashikaga was a great place to visit, as everything was really interesting and nothing felt trivial. It had just the right amount of stuff. The famous flower gardens of course, but also the Bannoji temple, first school, and the surrounding hills/mountains (if you like hiking). It is really easy to get around the area as well.
