Very impressed with this resort hotel. Efficient check in and check out and great location. Fantastic room with beautiful view. Both dinner and breakfast buffets were good. This was a splurge but well worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated all the little extras like the welcome bar, snacks, and ice pops. Onsen was enjoyable.

Amazing view of the lake and fireworks. The hotel is ideally situated in the center of Toya city. The room was quite big and well-maintained.
