The hotel was very stylish, clean and the amenities were great and the staff was extremely nice. The buffet was very varied, each day of the week had a different theme for lunch/dinner and the food was very tasty. The rooms were comfy, the pool area had multiple pools and a lot of sunbeds as well as activities to entertain both children and parents throughout the day. The area around the hotel had multiple stores, small markets, bars and nightclubs, but barely any noise could be heard inside the bedroom.

We recently stayed at this fantastic hotel as a family of five, and our experience was truly wonderful. We booked a suite for three of us, while the other two enjoyed a standard double room. Both accommodations were modern, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the dining experience. Breakfast was always a delightful affair, with a variety of delicious options that made each morning exciting. We also dined at the hotel's Italian restaurant, which offered an exquisite meal that exceeded our expectations. The pool area was another great feature, providing a refreshing escape during our stay. There were plenty of sun loungers available, which meant we could relax without feeling crowded. What truly stood out was the helpful and friendly staff at the reception. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a memorable vacation. With comfortable rooms, excellent dining, and a welcoming atmosphere, it was the perfect choice for us!

A Year-Long Party

The undisputed Tenerife party capital, Playa de las Américas is a year-round resort of sun, sand and sizzling nightlife. At the foot of volcanic mountains stretching up to Mount Teide, its long beach is made of imported golden sand. Tenerife’s natural beaches, such as the one in northern Puerto de la Cruz, are actually black sand.

Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas' neighbors, also have golden beaches, and all are lapped by warm, turquoise waters. Water sports are always popular here, and the area features Siam Park with its hair-raising waterslides, rapids and a host of swimming pools. There’s even a wave pool where you can surf!

Outdoor pools are also found at the Playa de las Américas accommodations on Booking.com, including 5-star resorts, cheap hotels and self-catering apartments. Aqualand has yet more flumes and pools, as well as a dolphinarium.

Dolphins and whales can also be spotted on boat trips along the coast. Other activities include Golf Las Américas, the Canaries’ largest golf course.

But it’s what happens after dark that’s the biggest draw. The Patch complex has family-friendly bars with food, while the bars, clubs and casinos of the Starco shopping center and Verónicas strip only really get hopping after midnight.

    The area is perfect for all ages It is desired by adults for the wonderful view it offers. The long walks with the different terraces that invite you are a dream. The important thing is that the beach is public everywhere and is not private. Accommodations have very good prices. 4-star hotels are around 120 euros per night. For young people there is nightlife with parties on the seashore. Food is for all tastes. - there are higher prices for quality food as well as lower prices. The menu of the day costs 13 euros.

    Hello friends! The hotel is very cool, clean, the staff is friendly, I was with a child, everything was very convenient for me, lots of entertainment for children, cool pools, the beach is nearby, the ocean is nearby, shopping streets, the room is cleaned every day, everything is clean!     Playa Americas has lots of options for various travellers...

    Playa Americas has lots of options for various travellers and for me having been there several times I am talking about the whole area stretching from village of Los Cristianos and to the village of La Caleta. For family people and those who prefer a relaxing atmosphere I highly recommend exactly those two towns on separate ends of the "Playa Americas" area. The area in the middle is if one follows the beach from Los Cristianos, the La Vista beaches besides the main shopping street being mandatory to visit of course. From there on the strip stretches towards Troya beach and the Veronicas where the party nightlife takes place being interesting but not so relaxing at all. From there on is the long strip of Costa Adeje with many beaches and glamorous hotels the prime being Playa del Duque with its posh choping area. At the other end is then La Caleta to me being the nicest place of all with its unique atmosphere and great resturants - so dont skip going there!

    If you are trying to find a place for younger people, it's...

    If you are trying to find a place for younger people, it's the place to go, but be aware that it gets quite dangerous at night. To add, it is full of British people, and you basically don't find anything local, and everything is overpriced. To fully experience Tenerife, I recommend you to stay somewhere else than Playa de las Americas or Costa Adeje.

    beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. we stayed in a pool villa, although slightly disappointed by the size of the pool ( we were put in a room with a very small pool, however we did book last minute and hotel was fully booked) food was excellent for an all inclusive resort. bedrooms are amazing, the pictures don’t do them justice to be honest!

    Went all inclusive to this hotel. Overall a good deal for the amount paid - it’s a good location and not too far off the beaten track if you want to head out and about. Lots of choice at the buffet at all meals. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and well maintained throughout the days I was there.

    Beautiful location next to the best beach in Tenerife. Really convenient with a shopping mall inside the hotel and even more shops on the main strip. The studio apartment is clean and spacious, with plenty of storage. I received a free bottle of prosecco on the day of my birthday which was a lovely touch!
