Montauk is the perfect town if you can handle the traffic.
Montauk is the perfect town if you can handle the traffic. The beaches are very different, research ahead. We received an unpleasant $150.00 parking fine from the East Hampton town police only 5 minutes out of the car to watch the boats at Gin Beach with only one additional car in the parking lot while it was raining. Very unwelcoming and it ruined the vibe while we there for the Montauk music festival which my son was performing with the band "Firetog & Co."Guest review bytraceyUnited States - 6.0

As coffee drinkers, we were disappointed to discover there was no coffee in the room. Coffee was in the office which didn’t open until after 7:30 AM and was only a Keurig machine which is unacceptable for early rising senior citizens. I’m not sure if they meet code but the toilets are only about 15 inches tall which make it difficult to stand up. A soap dish or shelf in the shower would be a nice touch. Ending on a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the TV was a nice size and easy to navigate.Guest review byKarenUnited States
