Very beautiful place and very safe for families to enjoy. They have great kids club daily. Nanny services available if you need for a very reasonable price per hour. The island staff are excellent and will do whatever you need with a genuine smile. Loved the activities with the kids to learn local dance and words. Staff do a wonderful job with the kids

We rented a beach front bure and it was exceptional. Very spacious. The large deck had comfortable chairs. We were only a few steps away from very relaxing beach recliners under palm trees in front of the soft-sand beach. It was perfect. We had the ideal combination of a spacious and a comfortable room, large deck, privacy, beautiful beach, warm waters, perfect views of sunrises and sunsets, and a very short walk to restaurants, the pool, and boat dock for snorkeling excursions. There were a lot of families and couples, both young and old, which added energy to the day, but since we had a quiet retreat we could experience the best of both worlds. Most importantly, the entire staff was so welcoming and friendly -- BULA!

    Fantastic accommodation and food (Sheraton).

Fantastic accommodation and food (Sheraton). Weather was perfect in June - consistently between 24-28 deg! Water temp was 27deg - no rasher needed. Very relaxing. Note a couple of things - extra activities were super expensive. Food generally quite expensive (but good) - we stayed at Sheraton - very nice - but no 'cheaper' food options (e.g. ~$20-30Aus for an entree). Highly suggest paying for the buffet breakfast - amazing! (never seen so many options!).

Food poisoning experienced by 2 of our family.

Food poisoning experienced by 2 of our family. Dirty plates, dead flies in food, bland food, long wait times for food(2.5 hours). Pool turned green and closed for 2 days. Renovation of gym whilst pool was closed. Laundry destroyed from the laundry service. Dirty and run down resort. Beach filled with seaweed with no attempt to clean it up whilst the pool was closed. Staff hit and miss. No sign of management during our stay.

I had just returned from eight fabulous days at Sheraton Tokoriki. I cannot fault anything - A friendly arrival where we were absolutely made to feel welcome, the grounds are beautiful and clearly cared for. The food is delicious. And the facilities are great. But above all, the staff are to be commended. They are the friendliest I’ve come across anywhere in the world. I’d like to give a mention to a few of the staff who made our stay memorable. John, Vil, Epi and Vaca at the bar, Kali and Vili from activities, Mala and Pedro for their music, as well as Ana N, Mileti, and Var for the incredible hospitality. This was a reset that I cannot wait to repeat. Thank you.

Staff were great. Most of them help us creating amazing memories and to have a proper Fiji time. Location is AMAZING right in front of the reef it is perfect for water activities. Friendly guests, good relaxed vibes. Staff tried everything to make sure we had a good time. Few little flaws but WHO CARES?! It was a great time.

You will get wet feet getting off the tender to the island so wear flip flops or sandals. The welcome made us smile and we kept on smiling the whole 4 days. We negotiated a good rate for a fishing trip, they cooked our catch for lunch with fries and salad for only $10 each £3! We visited the village on the neighbouring island and went snorkelling where the filmed castaway. The hotel will take you up to the helipad in the golf buggy for sunset cocktails.

The staff were awesome so friendly and obliging - We got gastro all 4 of us on 2nd night we think from ice and water which being 5 star should be ok - we drank water on bar beside pool, and sick that night all bottled prior to that, others on the island were also sick when we were their people returning advised never to drink water or ice this needs transparency pricey to spend 2 days confined to a toilet - wouldn’t recommend touching ice and or water from island take your own bottled water or pay their ridiculous prices to buy it from the bar. Other family stayed prior to us and were sick as well - not a coincidence!

Tokoriki Island is beautiful and the beach is stunning with white sand and turquoise waters. The reef is full of beautiful fish and coral. The scenery is also stunning as you can see many other islands in the vicinity. Getting there takes some planning, but it’s worth the extra cost/time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a typhoon while I was there, but hotel staff handled everything very well.

The island is beautiful and the snorkelling was amazing just in front of the hotel. They also help and supervise you on a jet ski while you snorkel. It felt like great value for money for an island beachside hotel. The food was great - they have different menus so you get variety. Staff were so friendly. I wish there were more sun loungers and shades, though as it was hard to find shade by the pool on busy days.
