The location, the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel was great. The breakfast at Johnny rockets was a bargain. The food there was also great and the restaurant was very clean. The pool was also nice

The hotel was great. But the fraud of Booking.com is the problem. I found the same hotel for a cheaper price with the same hotel and yet you refuse to refund me or give me credit for a future booking. My company employs over 300000 employees throughout the country. I will surely send an email and on Teams throughout the company telling them this situation and not to use Booking.com but to use Expedia, Trivago or Priceline if we can't come to some compromise.

Location is alright. Bed wasn’t uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic, you can take 30 minute walks to george town or enjoy the local restaurants in Dupont Circle Area. The staff are all wonderful and cheerful which gives the place a unique vibe.
