I did not like the fact that I had to swim in a public beach, so if you are to book a hotel ensure the hotel is actually has a private beach and not a designated area for sun beds only. Old Souq is lovely and massive. Lots of activities can be done mainly in the desert which we loved. I loved Agadir so much.
I loved Agadir so much. The waves are so good at the beaches, restaurants like jade, Dallas, vita mix, Nil bleu and franks burgers are so yummy !! Agadir is a lovely place to visit with many choices of excursions to choose from. My favourite was the Camel Ride as was two hours for £17 a bargain. People very friendly and lovely restaurants and food especially Tagine was amazing. Very Disappointing Stay – Requesting Refund
Very Disappointing Stay – Requesting Refund I had a very bad experience during my stay at Argana Hotel in Agadir. From the moment we arrived, the reception agent failed to find our reservation, citing unclear payment issues without offering any assistance or basic hospitality. We were not even offered a seat in the lobby or a bottle of water while the issue was sorted, which was extremely unprofessional. Once we checked in, the disappointment continued. The room assigned to us was extremely outdated, with nearly no water pressure in the shower – making it almost impossible to wash properly. The restaurant situation was even worse: overcrowded, long lines for both breakfast and dinner, and very poor food quality. Basic food safety standards were clearly not met, with open food exposed to contamination and no silverware available to properly serve food onto your plate. Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and not at all reflective of what Argana Hotel advertises. I believe it’s fair to request a full refund due to the unacceptable conditions and the poor service received. I hope the management will take this complaint seriously and take immediate steps to address these critical issues.Guest review byLahcenMorocco
