    Getting into the apartment was long delayed because the host did not give us the correct door code to enter apartment. Superviser of building was superb. For the host's record check out is 11.00am not 10.00am which we confirmed from our good Booking.com receipt. I check out at 10.55am & host sent message that I was still in his apartment. Host was very mis-trusting????

    It is great for a family or if you enjoy quite time for yourself. Great walks can be done especially taking a walk to the kwik spar which is a really nice store . The teenage kids loved the tidal pool .We also loved the mall which was 5 minutes by car .

    Lovely sea views.Nice balcony and deck area. We didn’t have enough hot water in the mornings and evenings for 8 people to shower. We saw lots of red ants along the stairs, the housekeeper sprayed the area but they were back the next day. Large fish tank in lounge area is empty and doesn’t look very nice. Checkout is at 10am but we were called at 9:20 to ask what time we are leaving. We didn’t appreciate that.

    I have provided my honest and accurate assesment in my review. I will recommend to any intrested traveller providing they have own transport. I would request the host to be available atleast due ring the day if there is any issue. It is a upmarket venue and really desireable place for spend few days in peace.

    We loved the sea view from the Balcony - breathtaking! The Beach was beautiful and close to our apartment. Sandbar Restaurant & Tasca Pizza - good food and excellent service. We highly recommend staying at Cozumel. Can't wait to go back!

    We had an amazing two-night stay at Summer Sunset Villa.

    We had an amazing two-night stay at Summer Sunset Villa. The property was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully designed with a minimalistic touch, making it feel both luxurious and relaxing. The high-end furniture and appliances added to the overall comfort and style of the villa. The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking—especially during sunset. We had a great time using the Big Green Egg for a braai on the first night, though the only downside was that the sides of the grill were a bit moldy. Still, it didn’t take away from the experience. The location is perfect too—just a short walk to the ocean and nearby restaurants, which was very convenient. The kids had a blast in the jacuzzi, and it was a nice way to unwind. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a helper available on weekends. We found ourselves tidying up after every meal, which took away a bit from the overall relaxation. Overall, it was a luxe and peaceful stay, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene escape with stunning views and great amenities.

    The location was amazing - we will definitely stay at Mallorca again and we will definitely use booking.com & Umdloti Letting again. The unit was amazing and clean - it was basically a home away from home. We loved it and so did our children. We will book a unit closer to the boundary wall though next time because the view of the ocean was obstructed by the units in front.

    The location in Umdloti was very conveiient and on the beach front. The rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the sea Excellent full english breakfast. The price was extremeley low for a room of this standard Would definitely visit again should the need arise.

    Clean apartment right in the heart of umdloti close to the beach with good facilities too, staff was helpful and the stay was great, could just use a blind at the front door as a bit of light pollution but will definitely be my first choice when I come back to the area!
