On the very first night I had calamari & chicken from buffet, got food poisoning l, don't know if it was the calamari or chicken. Luckily partner didn't have any of those dishes, she was ok where I had to stay inside the room with bad stomach and the runs, couldn't eat anything for 3 days! The main reason to stay in Mersing is to catch the ferry to Tioman Island the next day. For a couple fo hours there's are enough possibilites to have a snack or a meal, get money from an ATM (you'll need cash on Tioman) and do last minute shopping.Guest review byhansNetherlands

Near Pantai Air Papan for picnic. This chalet has many plugs points. Every wall you can charge your phone. But please keep your shoes inside, because the dogs will take your shoes and bring them away.🤣🤣 my experience. When I wake up in the morning, 3 pairs of my family shoes are gone. The dog took it.
