The room details need a better photo. It looked worse on the website. It was better seeing in person. The staff were nice, and the reception area is nice and somewhat elegant. Like always, many people are complaining about stuff in the front, but they seem to manage and troubleshoot well. I was happy with the cleaning staff. A coffee/tea machine in the room is nice to have. 2 cafes are very close by. The facility needs better photos/ information about the in-house restaurant.

Clean and great location!

City Hall Park is within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Centrally located at 85 West Broadway on the corner of Chambers Street, Smyth is nestled in the heart of Tribeca.

The hotel room was well decorated, clean, and not cluttered in the least bit. From the lobby, to the room, it felt like a very well taken care and thoughtful hotel.

The best thing about Sonder's Tribeca location is the location and the staff. The location was convenient for where I needed to go for a conference, and the staff were super sweet and accommodating and responsive. I liked the option to store my luggage before checkin or after checking out which was very convenient.
