Good location, breakfast was OK but can get very busy. Hand soap and shower gel provided but no shampoo and/or conditioner. Bunk bed a novelty for the kids.

What a great location on Alexanderplatz. We wanted to be close to major attractions and this location is great. We could walk from the great museums and found a few restaurants within walking distance that easily met our needs. We could also easily access public transportation. The hotel is new and everything was new and well kept. When we finally decided to check the breakfast we were disappointed we had not gone there earlier - it was plentiful, good quality, and very busy.
