My flight was delayed, canceled, and changed. The hotel staff was very supportive, including a last minute refund on the extra night I booked. V&A waterfront is safe, friendly and d beautiful. It was really easy to book excursions from the hotel.

The apartment’s location is excellent and very safe. The staff are very helpful, and if you request anything, it is provided the next day without delay. However, the cleaning service is not up to standard, as the place needs more thorough cleaning due to dust buildup. Additionally, the kitchen pots need to be replaced because they are rusty, and there should be more variety in sizes. The cleaning cutting boards also need to be changed as they are not suitable for use.

This condo is spacious and beautiful and was in the perfect location!! Very safe and secure. We easily walked to the waterfront for dinner almost every night of our stay. We walked into the CBD to a grocery store one day and the rest of the time we hired Uber for a very low price to get everywhere. The condo was well equipped and felt brand new! Everything was perfect.
