The lobby was clean and bright and the front desk clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room smelled fresh and clean, the bathroom was immaculate, no dust build up in the corners and a nice single serve keurig in our room. The bed was very comfortable, had a great night's sleep after a day walking around Old Sturbridge Village for hours! The breakfast selection was outstanding and free, that's always a plus. And the hotel staff was courteous and helpful with our requests. Highly recommend.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Rooms are great size. Location is superb!!! the hotel itself is dated, carpets are warned out, also not sure about other rooms, but mine had a smell that was a just little too much. All places at the beach will have some sort of a musty smell, of course, I really don't mind that, but the smell at this hotel was not good. Needs to be controlled. My entire luggage smells like the room did. Staying for a night or two is fine, would not stay for a week. Very nice staff though, easily accessible and super helpful!

Our family of 8 (ages 21 to 64) had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotless from top to bottom, and the space felt open and incredibly comfortable. The layout was spacious enough for us to relax and truly feel at home. One of the highlights was the amazing rooftop deck — the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening with the beautiful views. Bill, our contact person, was wonderful to work with — he answered every question we had quickly and was always attentive to our needs. His responsiveness made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Everything about the place exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

    The town had a good amount to offer. There was historical sight seeing, plenty of shops and restaurants, beach areas, boat outings and more. It’s a great spot for a few days or a week’s vacation, but classic New England with the varying weather and temperatures.

    It was our second time visiting .

    It was our second time visiting . We came for the annual parade. Even though it rained and was chilly, we enjoyed the festivities. We even went to the light show at the amusement park in Carver. There’s so Much more to see. Many museums, beaches and historic sites. The neighborhood was beautiful, well manicured lawns and homes. I’d consider living here if I could afford.

    Beautiful place to visit for a few day or longer.

    Beautiful place to visit for a few day or longer. Lots to see and do. Free beach access with splash pad and picnic area. All shops are within walking distance. Our children loved their stay and did not want to leave. As a family vacation a highly recommend. People are very friendly, lots of history, and great fun. The Plymouth colony which only a 2.5 miles away was very fun to see. We learned so much history, people dressed up as pilgrims played they part well as they pretended to know nothing about the modern world, but everything about what was going on in the 1600's. We really had a great time and would recommend this trip to anyone.

    Nice hotel, clean, staff was nice, and beds and pillows were comfortable. One note, there was a hot tub in one of the pictures I saw, but not a recent one. It turns out they have become a big liability and the hotel removed it. The problem with the internet is pictures never go away and pop-up from years ago after changes have been made.

    We loved it and wished we had planned a longer stay. Such a beautiful town near the beach. The highlight for us was the Mayflower II and Plymouth beach. We also loved seeing the National Monumnet to the Forefathers and visiting the Plimoth Patuxet Museum. The only downside was finding parking in town, and the cost of food was high. We were blessed though because when we went to Plymouth beach it was pretty much vacant as we went near the end of August and in the evening. We hope to come back again just to enjoy the town and the beaches.

    I've been to Plymouth many times, so I didn't do much on this visit. It's a great destination for history buffs and the downtown is lovely. Do the touristy things on your first visit and then explore the coastline after that.

    Against some of the reviews here, our room was really nice, modern and very clean. They must have renovated recently. The staff is super friendly and the location perfect to explore Plymouth and Cape Cod. Can definitely recommend!
