Location, location and location!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast at 29 th floor with beautiful view waa plus! Oh, yes, this was the first hotel to stay which has a massage chair in the room!

The most amazing breakfast of my 9 days trip. Public bath so perfect, cleanliness. have souna, cold pond, aminity The hotel have free coffee at the lounge, and take out coffee after breakfast.

On the first floor, there is a lively, foreigner-friendly bar where nice host (manager) and locals gather. The host understands easy English and the menu is written in English. If you are lucky, there is a personnel who can chat and offer Kobe recommendations in english sometimes. The bar serves local craft beer which changes seasonally and other Japanese and classic liquors. The price is reasonable too! Also, ofc the accommodation was fantastic. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, 10/10 for me.

Good location close to shopping and dinning. And close to train station. Able to walk to airport shuttle bus station make very easy to go to the airport. Facility is new, clean and spacious. Breakfast area is very nice as well.

The location is close to the JR station which gives easy access to Osaka and Kyoto. If I were to go back to Kobe I would stay there again.
