The hotel looks pretty new and is in good condition. My room was relatively large and was very clean. The bathroom is a good size with a large shower and ample hot water. The air conditioning worked well. It was a little loud when the fan was set to "high" but was just fine on the low setting. The room was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. An easy walk to /from the bus station - about 5-10 minutes on flat pavement.

We loved the courtyard with space for our kids to run around and play. It included ample space to lay in hammocks, swings, and other chairs. The A/C worked very well on a hot day. The breakfast was also wonderful! One of the best I've had in Central Asia. Would highly recommend this place!

Amazing new place outside the city. Place had alotnof upcoming plans and alot of good potential. Owner is very friendly and will help you out with anything you need. Amazing home cooked food available also. In a nice quiet local neighborhood too.
