Each time we stay in Albury there is something different to see or do - this time it was a free music in the beautiful Botanic Gardens and the children’s garden was delightful.
It’s an easy place to walk around with lots of good cafes and restaurants though not everything is open late so plan accordingly.

Albury is a lovely stop off not too far away from Sydney/...
Albury is a lovely stop off not too far away from Sydney/Canberra/Melbourne. I liked that it was such a small little town and I felt so happy there. Easy to get around, and the people are really friendly. Worth a visit for a few days easily. Was only there for 1 day/1 night so can't give much more rating/commentary than that.

It was easy to find, parking was good.
It was easy to find, parking was good. The room was spacious with a sliding door to outside. Not a garden but you could sit there. The staff were helpful and pleasant and responded when one of our party needed another bedside table. Its close to Albury main street.
We stayed on the way to Melbourne for the Super Rugby and on the way back from it. The first night we ate at Brady's Railway Hotel which was very close and the second night we ate at the Beer Deluxe. Both were nice places to eat - pub food, but good. This was a very convenient and comfortable motel, clean and with all the things we needed.

Albury is a great town for a stop over or a few days.
Albury is a great town for a stop over or a few days. Lots of eateries & interesting shops, green parks. We love India food, the one in Dean street dose a great buffet. Though last time we ended up eating in the Thai close to the Albury regent. Make sure you visit the parks.
Clean, updated facilities - loved the spacious renovated bathroom! The location was great - easy walk to multiple restaurants/pubs/cafes and just off the highway. The provided breakfast packs (cereal packs, bread for toast, condiments) were a wonderful touch and made our morning so much easier. Big shout out to the owners for using reusable glass bottles for the milk instead of those detestable mini-cartons or capsules, I wish more motels would do this! The bedding was warm too, a bonus for cold Albury nights. Highly recommended!
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, as our family booked two rooms this night as we use this hotel for a stopover before we hit Falls Creek to Goto the snow. the place was very clean and couldn't ask for much more as the price was very cheap. value for money would have to be a 10/10 .
Very warm and cosey for a family of 5 and the kids loved the internet connection nice and fast compared to some places I have stayed.
This is a relatively easy property to find coming south along the Hume Hwy, and close enough to shops and various take-away restaurants if you don't want to venture into Albury proper. Getting back to the Hume Hwy was also easy.
The instructions provided to access the room were clear, and easy to follow, and parking was available immediately outside the room, so there was no need to move bags any great distance.
It's a decent hotel when you are bypassing Sydney / Canberra. I booked this hotel at the last moment, before heading to Canberra. I find this hotel's price reasonable for a 1-night hotel stay. Alice the staff member was nice and communicative since the beginning. it was a large room with all the facilities such as a fridge, milk, microwave, and towels.
Really great stay - rooms were spotless and comfortable, everything we needed was provided. Location was amazing - right on the main drag in Albury which allowed us to walk up and down Dean Street very easily to check out pubs, restaurants etc., and was great value for money! Thanks so much - we will definitely be staying again when back in Albury!
All of the amenities of a fancy hotel, with parking right at the front door. All of the luxury complimentary items included, and Elise even washed and dried our clothes, then delivered them to our door for free. It was the most comfortable bed I've slept in on any trip down the Hume Hwy. And the shower head was to die for!
IT IS IN THE QUIET AREA YET CLOSE TO WOOLIES, PETROL STATION, AND ALBURY. WE CAN HAVE VERY LATE CHECK IN (WE CAME AROUND 11 PM AND THERE'S STAFF WHO WELCOMED AND ASSISTED US). THE PUB IS ALSO OPEN UNTIL LATE. BREAKFAST IS OKAY. VALUE FOR MONEY. LOVE TO COME BACK WHENEVER I TRAVEL TO SYDNEY OR CANBERRA FROM MELBOURNE.
Overall, I had a good experience with the Albury Paddlesteamer Motel. It’s clean and you get what you pay for. It’s definitely a good place to stop and rest your bones on the way from Melbourne to Sydney. Once around I highly reccomend having breakfast at the River deck, a 300m walking distance.
The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I had the best nights sleep! The breakfast was lovely and the coffee was my favourite brand, Vittoria. The staff were lovely and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definately recommend this property to others and will definately stay here again.
Classic Australian motel that's been very nicely renovated to give it a retro 50s aesthetic. Our room was clean and comfortable and the attached hotel restaurant was exceptional. made it very easy to settle in and then sit down to a high-quality pub-style meal. Location is very good.
Excellent hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Facilities were great and being in the Main Street we could walk to eat out. Excellent value for money. I have stayed here previously and always my choice of hotel whenever we need a stopover in Albury
The Quest Albury is in a great location and a very comfortable place to stay. We stayed overnight heading back from NSW to VIC. We had organised a Three Bedroom room which had plenty of space. The hotel also offers plenty of onsite parking.
The location was great just a short drive into the centre of Albury. Quiet with no traffic noise. The beds were comfortable and had a great shower. Well equipped kitchenette with everything supplied for a short stay.
This is my second time to stay in Boomerang Hotel. I like it because of the nice staff, easy parking and breakfast included. You may have dinner at its pub and nearby pizza shop. Overall a value for money choice.
It's the second time I stayed at this hotel and it's always my first option whenever I go to Albury.
I like the cleanliness of the rooms, indoor spa suitable for wintertime, sauna, good carpark, gym, ...
Clean and tidy room. Very comfy bed. Not far from Albury Day Surgery too and was easy to find from there so will be staying again in the future! Hoping to test out that beautiful spa next time 🙂
Bed was comfortable, room was warm.
There was a microwave oven.
Was very quiet as this was a Saturday night.
Great location in the heart of Albury.
Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. It was quiet, we had parking outside our room which was ver convenient. Excellent room and hotel, would stay again when in Albury.
