I never have an exceptional service , kind staff like the oberoi. Mamdouh the manager was very kind , helpful and he deserve to be a manager with all helpful and kind communication he did. Perfect stay in a very charming, classy place. Every small space is perfectly decorated and tended to, the pool area is so relaxing and perfect and the staff is impeccable. We will for sure be back!! It’s a drive to get into town, but we loved ending our days with a visit to the Medina and then returning to the calm of this place.
