It has everything you need for a few days vacation. The house is easy to find and you can park right next to it.
They also have a beach bar and you can order food from the house (the coffee shop and the kitchen are in the house itself).
It is worth for the money for sure.

There is a lot of effort put into this place. The facilities are not only functional but also have a cool factor about them especially the bathrooms. The room was bigger than I expected.
Accesibility:
There is an elevator. So upper floors are easy to access. (We had a baby stroller)
Breakfast:
Excellent. Food is fresh and with enough variety.
Location:
Its away from the busy front row street and Nea Vrasna is not a big place so everything is within walking distance at least for us. If you want a front row seat with sea view this place is not for you.
All in all an excellent place with stellar service.

Perfect place for a peaceful family vacation. If you want to enjoy the beach in peace and quiet this is the place to go. If you want to explore by car, in 30min radius there are half a dozen secluded sandy beaches.

It is very clean, lots of greenery, the promenade by the beach is great for a night walks. There are a lot of restaurants, bakeries, markets. It is easy to walk anywhere you like. Fresh fruit and vegetable - easy to purchase anytime you want. I recommend this town.

Nikolaos and Iota are great hosts. We have never been so well received. As soon as we arrived, we were offered all the comforts - a welcome drink, free coffee and drinks all the time. They are very radiant, friendly and ready to respond to any request. Well done to them. We will be there again in September. We give it the highest rating. Nea Vrasna itself has a really nice peaceful beach, some small shops and a few restuarants The next town of Astrovalta is easily reached within a 15 Min walk and is much livelier with lots of shops and nice taverns and seafront restuarants, we went there to eat Seafood every evening for 2 Persons with a salad and 0.5 Liter of wine for €30 - €35 Euro.

Nea Vrasna is very easy to get to, getting around town is very good. Beaches is not sandy but small rocks, sea water is clean and have a strong salinity. You have 3 great supermarkets near the entrance to he town.

Location is good - 5min from the sea and 5-10 min from Nea Vrasna center by walk. El Greco tavern is very close (3min by walk) and could be used for dinners. This is maybe the best tavern in Nea Vrasna. Another plus for families with children is the children playground across the street with free basketball filed next to it. Pool in the backyard was also very clean and not used in most of the time by anyone.StoyanBulgaria

Really beautiful and romantic at the evening. Good internet. Owners are amaysing :) We really didn't want to leave.

When we got there we immediately got shown our room and helped to know where the bakery was, the supermarket was and other places. For our second time in Greece and first time in Thessaloniki, it was a beautiful time.
