Beautiful scenery. Lots of places to go even if you don't go hiking.
Lots of art galleries and hand made jewelry; not many places for inexpensive souvenirs, atleast I couldn't find any until we were heading back down south of Sedona.

The scenery of Sedona is stunning.
The scenery of Sedona is stunning. The trailhead parking can be an issue, and we were there during the week. I would not attempt a visit on the weekend as Sedona is extremely popular. There is a Sedona shuttle. We ate dinner one night at Mesa Grill, which was excellent. Reservations are required for dinner at Mesa Grill, even on a week night.

This location is south of Sedona in the smaller community of Village of Oak Creek. Close to many wonderful hikes, walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants yet far from the larger Sedona crowds and traffic. Nearby Ranger Station very well done and helpful.

One or two days is all that is needed if with a family.
One or two days is all that is needed if with a family. The town is too crowded and commercialized so visit Sedona for the nature, the hikes, the vistas. If you do plan in being in town then plan to visit very early on weekends and watch out for traffic, it can be really bad. Also, make dinner reservations well in advance. Food/restaurants are just OK so if you are a foodie lower your expectations.

Beware of ticketing traps on tourists.
Beware of ticketing traps on tourists. Look at Trip Advisor concerning this scam. Always loved Sedona. We parked with other cars on a quiet street where there were no 'no parking' signs. We got a ticket for $125 and cannot possibly go to court to contest it. We live in Washington. We were legally parked and criminalized as is their routine for tourists. One of the
restaurants imposed a 24% tip automatically

Amazing views, abundance of trails and activities in the area. However, beware that Sedona is a small town that receives millions of tourists every year, hence driving/parking situation is abysmal. Stay in close proximity to trails and restaurants if you can to avoid driving.
Everything was great. The location was ok. It was a little hard to get to if you are coming from the opposite direction. The circle made it super difficult to get to the hotel. Once you are there, then the location is great. You can walk anywhere. The local restaurants and shops were all good. The best part of this hotel was definitely the pool and hot tub. The view is spectacular from the outdoor space. The trail was nice as well as the creek. The beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Sedona.
10/10! Nicest hotel I ever stayed in (and I stayed in many from palaces to high end chains or boutiques, in Europe, Asia and the Middle East where there's much nicer hotels that in the US). Casa Sedona offers numerous nice touches, incredible service, superb facilities, great food, beautiful rooms with a unique soul to them! Was a wonderful surprise. A 10x value over anything else I've seen in hotels in the US. Absolute delight, was one of the highlights of my trip to Sedona and I had many! Piece of heaven in another heaven <3
While it was a 10-15 minute drive to the center of Sedona, it was the perfect spot for accessing all the beautiful trails. Most were a one minute to seven minute drive to the trailheads. The village had a number of acceptable restaurants, and other conveniences, like a grocery store, gas stations, etc. The hotel manager was very hospitable and helpful.
The room was very spacious, quiet, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Loved all the things we could do at the property, it was a beautiful place. My kids, husband, and I loved the place, it was absolutely perfect. We are a larger family and getting a hotel does not cut it anymore neither is it as nice and private as this place! I'm so excited we found this resort because we come to Sedona pretty frequently this will be the place we choose! (and I am super picky with my places).
We loved the room and location. We loved our balcony in the morning when we were having our coffee. The location was great because we did not have all the traffic and congestion that the other hotels had that were on the other side of Sedona. We also loved the texts we got from your AWESOME staff. Nick was very helpful telling us where the best places to eat and the best places to see.
I had an amazing stay at Arabella Sedona. It’s a cute boutique hotel with everything you need…..amazing Sedona views, complimentary breakfast, on site parking, outdoor pool, outdoor lounges, activities/events by local artistans , comfy rooms, great location, and very kind staff. They even surprised me with birthday cake. I will definitely be back because I really enjoyed my stay.
This was a pleasant surprise for my wife and I. The room was exceptional and I must admit I love rooms with the divided living quarters, as I do not prefer the standard motels/hotels room design, I know I am a bit spoiled be that it may, however our stay at Las Posadas although for one night was memorable and I know we will be staying there in are visitations to Sedona
Since that Sedona has gotten so commercial and overcrowded during the high season, the location of the property, about 3 miles from the center of town was a plus. I thought the price was a great value, considering that for the same price as a 300 square-foot hotel room, we had an entire 800 square-foot villa. The red rock view from the back balcony was wonderful!
Sedona is a magical and tranquil place to visit and stay. I booked this hotel for my parents, and they absolutely loved it! They had no problems checking in their room, room was spacious, and had all the amenities. They absolutely want to go back and stay at same hotel. The price is fantastic, great value, and most importantly, peace of mind.
The view was spectacular! The room was spacious, and the total ambience was great. Nice cookies at the reception and a free drive service to uptown in Sedona. The trail across the street from the hotel was perfect for us as we wanted to do a hike. Though no food on site but we had breakfast at a grill which was 5 minutes' walk from the lodge.
We really loved it to stay at this Lodge! The place itself was very clean. We enjoyed the small decorations in the room which has made the room more cozy and pleasant. The staff was very friendly. This hotel is pet friendly, too! The location is good, also, it’s close to some dining places and very beautiful trails!
Delightful experience. Four relatives shared one room. There was a wonderful selection of spaces during meals and leisure time to genuinely enjoy the property. High quality bed, linens, bathroom. Preferred this hotel environment to more expensive "resorts" which often are too sterile. Terrific breakfast selections.
I love this hotel! Friendly manager and staff, warm room, nice facilities, great service, we loved it all. It is also recommended that there are staff who can speak Japanese. We also appreciate having very nice Mexican food, WholeFoodsMarket, and Airport Mesa nearby. I want stay when I visit Sedona again!
Nice hotel in heart of Sedona. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Pool area was nice. Breakfast options were kind of limited but pleasant. Walking distance to food, right next to a pizza place that was very good. It was a good price compared to many of the other options in the area.
We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel. The location is perfect , right downtown Sedona and the view of mountain right out of our window was amazing. Super clean rooms, comfortable bed, and very nice pool area. I would highly recommend this place, I'll be back.
staff was super helpful and the breakfast was the best in my experience. the hotel is in the great place in the heart of the social life of Sedona.
beautiful view out of the window
The view was lovely from the pool and restaurant and the hotel is very conveniently located for the town of Sedona. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well kitted out.
