Shower was dirty with mildew. Room was not clean.
Shower was dirty with mildew. Room was not clean. I was given a room that was occupied by another guest. The lobby smelled really good. This is a Choice Hotel not what I am used to. I do not recommend this hotel.

I loved the charm of the city.
I loved the charm of the city. Beautiful waterfalls with a calm river. We visited the local farmer’s market and that was wonderful seeing local vendors and trying local food. Downtown was difficult to navigate (lots of one-way streets) on a Friday night, if we wanted to eat downtown we should have planned more time. We were headed to a concert and in a hurry so instead grabbed fast food on our way to the venue. Still good, but not downtown dining.

We love Idaho Falls It is a nice town.
We love Idaho Falls It is a nice town. If we could afford it, we would move here but homes are too expensive. The green belt is a lovely place to enjoy and for a smaller town it has most anything you could want Smittys has some of the best food ever, especially breakfast. Idaho Falls is the gateway to Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks. Lodging is expensive but cheaper than Jackson or West Yellowstone

Idaho Falls is a great little city.
Idaho Falls is a great little city. I recommend the Idaho Falls Temple which sits along the Snake River. It is gorgeous. They also have a visitor's center where they show you pictures of how the temple was built and have a Christus statue.
Idaho Falls has lots of places to shop and eat.

A great little town with so much to do for a couple of days...
A great little town with so much to do for a couple of days as we travelled north to Yellowstone national park. A lovely river walk with a long waterfall, trees and grassy areas to picnic on. The farmers market is near the river each Saturday, not to be missed.
The front desk service was good to us. There was an intoxicated man bothering the other two front desk workers while we were checking in. We could tell that they did not want his company. The lobby could have been cleaner, and it had a smell. I also liked the hotel returning our money after we saw the room and decided not to stay there. The front desk worker was responded like she was not at all surprised that we were leaving, and we wanted our money back.
Idaho Falls surprises the senses around every corner. From unique cuisine to stunning settings, the town itself coaxes the romantic out of everyone. The trip through the registration took less than 5 minutes, and gathering local information took much of that time. With the key in hand get ready for a mini flight to another continent. Opening the door to the room felt like stepping out of a small airplane onto the grass runway into new, unexplored jungle.
Layout of the hotel itself is a bit confusing regarding elevator and stairs. Bed was older and not very comfortable. Hotel was undergoing a bit of a renovation and where short staffed. Breakfast was quite poor with 2 cold cereals offered but no milk. Was a fridge there with butter in it but no milk or yogurt. No eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit. Only waffles.
This is our absolute go-to for us when traveling through Idaho Falls twice a year. The staff is always welcoming, the location on the river makes for refreshing walks, nearby restaurants make meals easy, and the breakfast is head and shoulders above the usual (omelet bar!). We also like the seating areas outside the room.
The room was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Needed somewhere close to airport - this was cheapest but also held the best reviews. I’ve personally always avoided motel 6’s due to a negative connotation I hold towards them, but this changed my mind. Without a doubt would stay here again.
The location is good - if you are on the river side, you can actually see the Snake river and people jogging along it. The hotel was a luxury property at some point (80s? 90s?), so some of that is still visible/usable. The staff are quite nice and helpful. And this is the cheapest property in the area.
Breakfast: The hotel’s breakfast was a delightful, scrambled eggs, and a variety of fruits. The coffee was robust, and the dining area had a cozy ambiance.
Room: The room was spacious, adorned with tasteful decor. The plush bed was a highlight, and the large windows provided a lovely view.
Breakfast was awesome! Nice to have someone there to cook eggs, omelets, waffles etc. Great variety! Dawson, the front desk gentleman, was friendly and helpful at check-in and the homemade cookies on the front desk were awesome. Room was very clean and well appointed.
The breakfast was good, nice variety. The hotel was very beautiful, modern, clean, and in a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would rate it a 10. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
This hotel is located just off the I-15, which was great since we were on a roadtrip. The manager at the reception was very friendly and helpful, giving us a great recommendation on where to get dinner.
Clean rooms, Comfortable, friendly staff. Pool was clean and warm. Coming from the warmth of an Australian summer to the cold winter of Idaho falls this place is what we needed.
Check in was easy and the room was spacious, location was excellent, just off the I-15. Very easy access to the hotel with an excellent restaurant across the parking lot.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and quiet. Hit breakfast was yummy. We will definitely stay there when we return to Idaho Falls! ❤️
This was a last minute booking and was perfect for our trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and the hotel had a pool, jacuzzi and gym.
