We loved the hotel and it was right on the beach at coral beach resort. The resort was wonderful and we enjoyed it. The resort and surrounding area's seem to be not kept up very well there's a lot of trash and looked really dirty. I noticed a lot of places looking run down and dirty and landscaping isn't being kept up with. There's also not much options for parking unless ypu want to pay a lot. Our resort had good parking, but to go out it was difficult. Everything is way too expensive here. I go buy the same exact things elsewhere, but here I'm paying a lot extra for the same thing. One of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. Paid $644 for two nights only to find a room that looked and smelled like a run-down Motel 6. Two weeks after booking, the price had dropped to half — yet the hotel refused to honor it. Pools looked nothing like the pictures, breakfast was low quality, and the elevator situation was a nightmare. This place is all marketing and no substance. Lots of stuff to do. Beach, water sports, day cruises, dolphin cruises, pools at every hotel, lots of various hotels and resorts, mini golf, dinner shows, tons of restaurants of all types. Beach water is greenish which is much nicer than Virginia Beach. Water was never rough. The Pirates Voyage dinner show was awesome-highly recommend. It’s located close to Broadway on the Beach. There is a “corner store” called Cash Grocery it’s literally right across the street and they have just about everything you may need or forgot. We used Uber for places we couldn’t walk to and it is very affordable and easy to use. The outside pool seems small but it actually works really well. Never too crowded.
