The location is amazing and the place is perfect - so clean, very well stocked and the host Emanuel was incredible!

Recently built and very clean facilities.

I hate giving bad reviews, especially when the host is nice. However… this doesn’t seem like a place that should be listed in booking.com. The bed sheets were scratchy and miserable, smelling strongly of some kind of chemically perfume. Also there were attempts with diffusers to mask perhaps a sewer smell. We couldn’t wait to get out as soon as possible. The location was a bit scary and there were open holes in the concrete that were a bit dangerous. A lot needs to be improved here.

Very comfortable beds! Close walking to the beach area of town and restaurants.

Location perfectly fits with our agenda

The apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the Port. We also found a lovely little restaurant very close by- maybe 8 min walk. The Host kindly greeted us , explained everything about this unit to us.

We stayed here for 2 days and it was very comfortable and close to everything walking distance. Aldo the owner was very nice and he let us in even though we arrived earlier. He prepares you breakfast in the morning. I loved the sandwich ham and cheese. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you for everything Aldo!!

The host was always responsive to my queries and messages She was very accommodating to our needs eg: early check in and late check out. She offered to call for taxi to take us to the cruise terminal

The property is perfect nestled just outside the downtown. Plenty of restaurants and places to get an un cafe. We loved hanging out with the locals. There was a band playing outside. It was so much fun. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out. I love hanging out the window, watch the locals and people go by. I want to stay here again for more than one night.

The apartment was Just a 8 minutes walk away from that train station and a 30mins walk to the ship. The host was very personal and helpful. The apartment was clean, big and comfortable. There was coffee and snacks in the kitchen. The restaurant across the was very good. A short walk to the supermarket and a ATM nearby.

The apartment is clean, big and cozy. All the small details from kitchen to bathroom are thought of. Very friendly, polite and caring host. 3 min walk to nice beach.

Super close to town and port, very clean and really nice decor, stylish place. The owner is very responsive and helpful, a real joy to stay there and take a break from the problems and headaches of traveling!

Alessio and Alessia were so incredibly attentive to our needs. If we needed anything they would respond immediately. They helped us get from Fco to Civitavecchia arriving 9 hours later than planned. We arrived at midnight.We told them we were late and are stuck in LHR. They arranged our travel from FCO on a last minute request. Otherwise we would not have made it to civitavecchia until the next day and have to get a hotel in Rome. Originally planned on taking the train but it would have been impossible.

Was a great location, very comfortable and had everything we needed! Great grocery store right around the corner was very convenient too!

The size of the rooms. Extra 2 sofas. Cleanest place. Rafael met me earlier and let me in. Definitely will recommend it.

Very clean and well appointed. The restaurant below the apt is only open on the weekends, so all week the secure parking lot is clear and area is quiet. The hosts are absolutely amazing; terrific communication and extremely helpful.
