The Hotel manager, Matteo was very thorough about how to enter the house and someone met us at the property and gave us a tour before leaving. The property was very clean, new, and had all the appliances we wanted and needed to use.

It's a system that works on self-check-in basis, so we never actually saw anyone, but the host, Alejandra, was very responsive by whatsapp and when we asked for different pillows, made it happen: thanks again! There's also a basic kitchen in the flat (including a capsule coffee maker) which would probably allow for simple self-catering, but which we did not use.
