The apartment is very spacious, close to the train station yet pretty quiet. We appreciated the staff helping with the accommodation tax that was due upon arrival. Check in process was done via an iPad but instructions were clear and easy to follow. If you have luggage we’d suggest using exit 4 as there is an elevator.

The property is away from the main tourist areas but still conveniently located near a transportation hub in Osaka (within a 10 mins walk to Kyobashi station). Only 5 mins to Umeda and 20 mins to Namba stations by train. Room is spacious and clean. No room service (it's a bnb!) but there is washer/dryer in the room so it's a plus for longer stay. Overall, highly recommend if you're travelling with family, or visiting Osaka and don't mind spending a bit more time on transports.
