This property exudes luxury. Beautifully renovated rooms in a very old, culturally significant building with extraordinary views. The addition of the spa area just puts it over the top. Oh wait, maybe it was the fine dining and unparalleled service at the bar and in the dining room or maybe it was the fresh croissants and cakes at the breakfast buffet daily. Lol. Loved this hotel and its fun loving employees. I hope to return one day for a ski trip.

What an amazing experience! The room was large, comfortable and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, they communicated with us so that a shuttle was waiting to pick us up from the station when we arrived. And then there was the view from the room… words cannot describe it. Heavenly. I would love to come back here. It was quite expensive in our standards, but definitely worth every penny.

Of a two week trip throughout Europe this hotel was by far our favorite. The views/location was breathtaking, the room (Duplex) was clean, comfortable and luxurious in size, and the staff was kind and helpful at every turn. The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!
