Breakfast was good. Fresh fruits, good Bakery selection. Loved the cereal variety and toppings!!. Bathroom was large, so happy to see shower stall. In room tea/ coffee service. Hotel has a restaurant and menu is very good. Overall great ambience. Fountain in courtyard, Good decor on walls. Typical Spanish. Great place to relax. Bus stops are nearby if you want to go to city center. Although the city is quite small so easy to walk to tourist attractions. Taxis are easily available. Staff is good, helpful and courteous.

The front-of-house staff at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés were exceptional in their friendliness, courtesy and assistance during our stay. They made themselves readily available to assist and responded to requests promptly and efficiently. I was travelling with an elderly relative and - where there are a short series of steps inside the front entrance - to avoid those steps, they offered to escort us to a rear door onto a side street to take taxis which they had summoned for us. The furnishings and fixtures in rooms are of a very high standard and everything worked well.

This beautiful, traditional Andalusian house is located in Seville’s old town, just 10 minutes’ walk from the cathedral.

The staff (Marta, Miguel and Carlos) were very accommodating to all questions and needs. Our first night was in a smaller room that didn't fit us that well. They immediately allowed us to move to a room of our choice for the remainder of our stay after conversing with them the following morning. The location of the property was superb as it was in easy walking distance to all things important in Sevilla. Loved the baskets of oranges around the rooms and apples as well. Those were nice treats to grab and go with.

It was the second time i stayed in this hotel. I like everything of it, especially the amazing gardens and the vintage interior, which gives a cozy and stylish feeling. In the evening I also enjoyed the drinks at the bar on the 1st floor which is a like a museum. Very outstanding settings, a real attraction of Seville.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The hotel's staff is extremely helpful and kind.
