Amazing location and clean rooms. Rooms were bigger than expected. The staff were friendly. Bathroom appliances were nice and beds were comfortable. It was an easy walk to the train and subway. Everything was better than expected. We would come back here when traveling back in Paris! Thank you so much.

The staff here are absolutely exceptional. The whole hotel is immaculate, breakfast was lovely, nothing was too much trouble even requesting something that wasn't even on the buffet ie. omelette ! The rooms are perfect, clean, fabulous comfy beds and beautifully presented. Although the steam room was closed for refurbishment, the heated indoor pool had jacuzzi jets and the gym had everything you could possibly need to relax. Even better, access was included in the room rate without the need to reserve. My daughter and I had the most incredible time in Paris, and the hotel made our holiday even better. We will definitely be back. Thank you to every one.

The location is a 10/10. Straight facing gare saint lazare. Metro and train station. You can reach Supermarkets, shopping, patisseries, restaurants within 2 minutes walking A great welcome from the reception team Rooms are spacious and very very very clean The toilet and the shower cabinet are separated. Some people mentioned the noise caused by the station while the hotel did the job, the room is equipped with 2 windows, double glazed with sound proof each.
