Hotel Ceria is a very homey and strategically located inn. The friendliness of the staffs, from the owner to the housekeepers, Mr. Nanang (manager) who always made sure all our needs were met really made us feel at home. everything, great staff, probably the most professional and friendly staff I have ever dealt with. everyone spoke English. like, even the kids were able to have conversations with the staff and every interaction we had was positive. amazing (free) breakfast, best breakfast I ever had in Indonesia. spectacular array of pools in all temperature, depths and sizes with rope swing, water slides, a basketball hoop and floaties, surrounded by well taken care of gardens. free hot tub/sauna area. everything was spotless clean. rooms had amazing views.

- There're water dispensers along the corridor with which you can fill the empty jugs provided in the room. May inconvenient some to leave their rooms but I think it's win-win since you don't have to rely on the two finite water bottles in other hotels which you have to bother Room Service to replenish and save on plastic usage - Room Service is responsive via Whatsapp - Friendly and helpful staff - Varied breakfast buffet with menu changes
