AustriaAstonishing view of the river and hill landscape with wildlife (even deer). Very romantic - would recommend for couples! Free ice cream is available in common rooms, and private onsen can be booked without additional cost, but we enjoyed the onsen in our room even more. Very friendly staff. The hotel is in very good condition.

We loved sitting on the bench gazing at the river hoping to see animals. We did see a fox and a racoon. The hinoki bath tub was nice especially when the window was open to let in the breeze and sound of gushing river. Room was spacious with very good layout. Beds were comfortable.
