I was shocked by how nice it was! The name “best western” does not conjure a positive image. This hotel, however, was FANTASTIC! The BEST of the Best Westerns I’ve stayed at. It’s BRAND NEW. Literally still under construction. The outdoor pool is BEAUTIFUL! 360 views. They need to put some heaters up there and make it inviting during winter. Can we heat the pool? I loved that outdoor area. I also LOVED the GYM and the fact it was open 24 hours! The staff was great! Corine made sure I got a room with sunshine. I was working from 6pm-3am, so the little things make a big difference! The red light/green light for housekeeping worked well. They did a fantastic job! Comfortable beds. Hot hot water. Lovely soaps. Super fast WiFi. Tested 89.31 down and 10.87 mbps up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

So nice hotel! Friendly personal, so tasty food! Every dinner was different with many different cakes. My boyfriend had birthday during our stay and hotel gifted a bottle of wine with sweets. Every day they cleaned up our room and gave new tea and coffee. Warm swimming pool and sauna. There is also outdoor pool with beautiful view on the roof top. It is really the best hotel where we’ve been!

Vincenzo was a great host who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. He is the best host I have ever dealt with. He responds quickly and is always willing to assist in every way. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Catania.

M really great full to stayed at Ax sunny coast in room number 411. I ask for decorate my room for my girlfriend. but they done really amazing job m really really happy it’s all gone up to my expectation thank you for those who decorate my room. Hotel was very clean, the food was really good, staff very friendly and helpful, the room was large, comfortable and very clean. The roof top pool was great, and the spa and indoor pool was very good too, again, clean and comfortable. The massage treatment was also very good and the staff very friendly. Sound proofing in the room is very good too

From the beginning everything was good , we traveled with a baby and everything was settled good crib in the room , The location was in the good position, plenty of parking the staf was wonderful and very helpful the hotel was very clean and the best part of the hotel was the mattress very comfortable amazing stay definitely we will be back asap.
