Our experience of zanzibar cannot be complete without this resort. Truly a paradise. I give them an 11/10. You might think this is an over exaggeration, and yes, it is not. Why? Because they also don't hold back on their sensitivity. The staff in mambo have sensitivity on 20/10. Whatever they lack as a facility, they make up for in sensitivity. Truly, they do not lack much. Clean, airy, spacious, noiseless, very clean again. Now to the sensitive part; they need to be given a thripple thumbs up thats why I give them 20/10. They will TAKE CARE OF YOU. They make sure you are comfy, always asking if yoh are fine and even if you are not happy they go out of their way to make you happy. As much as you pay for this service they make it worth the while. MAMBO IS A PARADISE OF SENSITIVE PEOPLE WHO WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY AND BE AT PEACE NO MATTER HOW SHORT OR LENGTHY YOUR STAY IS. THEIR MANAGER IS A GEM. I'D GO AGAIN IF I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY. This place is a magical little oasis with an amazing vibe. Paco & Maria are excellent hosts, super helpful with all our requests and helping to book trips. We love you 2! They created a special place with a beautiful garden, lovely 3 pools and cute bungalows. The rooms itself are spacious, super clean with comfy big beds. You can also book yoga classes or drum sessions and every week is a live music event with local singers. Was a highlight for us as well. The breakfast was always tasty and every day something different. Food in general, I mean lunch and dinner, was yummi, too! Also a big thank you to the rest of the team, everybody is so friendly and welcoming. We would recommend this place 100%!!!❤️

The hospitality and the service were outstanding. Everyone was very nice and happily helped us with all our asks. The food was really good, they served all day breakfast which was fantastic. The rooms were clean and made up twice a day. All thanks to Farah at the Reception, she was very nice and accommodated all our requests.
