The staffs are really good and the services too is good. I really enjoyed their spa session which they gave with 50%discount and was very profess and relaxing. They also upgraded my room to VIP with a bathtub when they knew I was coming with my baby. I really appreciate their support during the stay. They also helped me book my trip to Bana Hills with a private car and didn’t even charge more. I really recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Danang :)

The staff from the entry door to the info desk and beyond, were all super lively, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the view from beach side was breathtaking. The beach is literally couple of steps away from the Hotel. The gym and swimming were clean and so well-maintained. The restaurant offered a variety of food for breakfast everyday. Super satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend it!

I stayed in 3 different rooms, each of which were spotless, spacious, and comfortable. I liked the high quality bed sheets, comfortable bed, all the amenities. I also liked the soundproof, I could not hear a lot of noise despite the busy location and the hotel being fully booked. The hotel is situated across the beach and this was perfect for morning or evening walks. I liked the client oriented customer service a lot. Check in was fast, once you enter someone greets you with water or afternoon tea. In all my interactions with the staff they were super professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of a restaurant voucher or fruit gift as a returning guest. Small gesture but it counts a lot. In conclusion I felt like home at this hotel and it was hard to say good bye. Was a great choice and will return maybe as a couple of family one day. A special thanks to Subeo for being so good at her job. She managed to help me with all my requests, was very calm, kind, empathetic and professional in each interaction. The hotel is really lucky to have her. Breakfast was continental and had a wide variety of food options. I can get a bit crowded at times but arriving at the right hour solved it. The pool was clean, safe and well maintained. Great service there as well, not to mention the nice view from the sky bar.

Staff was very nice, helpful and polite. Especially Daisy, Rosie and Fiona. Breakfast is really good.There is a plenty food. Room was clean, towels was regularly changed. Thay let us stay in room one more hour after check out. They didn't have to do it, but they help us a lot.
