Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

We had to travel to Chitose as we needed to fly out from New Chitose Airport. Nonetheless, we decided to stay here for 2 days to visit Lake Shikotsu & the airport for it offers many attractions. We really enjoyed the lake (very scenic!) and the airport - Royce Choc Factory, Doraemon Waku Waku Skypark etc. We got around Chitose in a rental car and the free shuttle the hotel provided. There were also plenty of souvenirs available at the airport for some last minute shopping.

Very close to airport, as well as several ski stations. it is cheaper than Sapporo city, and even if it does not have as many restaurants and places to visit as a big city may have, there are plenty of restaurants, parks and duty free malls and is very quiet place.
This is the best place to stay in Chitose. The price also very reasonable with all complete facilities. The room very spacious with lot of space to park your big luggages. 7eleven store is next to the door. Really convenient. Taxi charges from hotel to airport is around 2000-2500yen only and takes around 10minutes to reach airport! Really recomended for those who want catch the flight in early morning
I spent a night behind taking an early plane back from Chitose. It is modern, conveniently located near the airport for a last or first stay traveling Hokkaido. But it is surely more than just a base camp for a longer stay, price and performance was excellent.
Airport shuttle service is provided by the hotel but only up to 11 am. There are pick ups from the airport to the hotel at designated timings.
Public bath is available though it is a little small.
Lobby has a place for refreshments for guests. :)
Very close to new chitose airport. Rooms are spacious & clean. Delicious restaurants on site. There is 24 hour convenient store in the hotel. Noted coin operated Laundry right opposite the lobby.
Plenty of complimentary parkings around the hotel.
Excellent location for a winter stay 2 train stops from Chitose Airport after a long flight. Easy to drag ski gear from train station to hotel and you enter the hotel from street level. Super clean and well run, standard Japanese hotel.
Great location in Chitose. Fairly close to the airport. Breakfast had lots of options, super close the JR station.
Restaurant on the main floor was open late which was great after long travel day!
Location was excellent for our early plane trip in the morning. The attatched mall of the airport had many restaurants and shops to see; even two museums..the included Onsen visit was very good.
This hotel delivered the upscale facilities and staff I desired when arranging this travel exceeded my expectations. The location was close to everything, especially the airport.
Short local bus ride from New Chitose airport and free shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning. Good japanese breakfast at the attached restaurant.
