Faultless! The Bay Tree is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Anita and Mick are friendly and accommodating and will go the extra mile to make your stay especial! It was my God-daughter's 15th birthday treat and Anita made her a cake and decorated the room to make her day a truly rememberable one. The b&b is less than 3 miles from Alton Towers theme park so is in an ideal location. A1: would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, it's 5 minutes walk to the town center. We stayed here to attend Uttoxeter races, this is within walking distance. 18:09 I booked this hotel because me and my friend were going to Alton Towers and it was only a ten minute drive away so was perfect for us. After a fantastic but long day at Alton Towers we drove to the hotel. We received a warm welcome from Louise who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble Louise explained everything to us and showed us to our room which was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a good night's sleep. I woke up to a beautiful view of cows in the field which was lovely to see first thing on a morning. We headed down for breakfast the next morning. Lots of continental breakfast tochoose from while Louise made the perfect full English breakfast. We had a lovely chat with Louise over breakfast before leaving for another day at Alton towers. I highly recommend this B and B and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Louise for making our stay lovely. Laura and Sean xx

Spotlessly clean establishment. Our bedroom was excellent and spacious. Everything provided was pristine. The evening meals were superb, large portions and great value. Similarly, the breakfasts were hearty and cooked to order. Would have liked a slightly larger selection of real ales. That said, the ale consumed was excellent!
