Never had breakfast because nobody made us aware that we had to order the night before . The receptionist that morning was very nice and apologised for this . We also logged the issues with her .

The care taker was nice enough it was the accommodation that was poor and our room was not the one advertised at all. The door was very thin and it smelled strongly of weed and cigarette smoke. Plus a very dodgy looking guy sat inside. Not ideal for a woman travelling alone.

    We came for a family party in the town centre. All facilities were on the doorstep, including a Morrisons store and other convenience stores. Also, a petrol station and a train station. Although we didn't spend much time there, it was a lovely feel about the town.

    I was visiting from the south coast for a funeral so unable...

    I was visiting from the south coast for a funeral so unable to comment on Bromley itself. I ate at the Carvery but there was a close local supermarket. My taxi service to the funeral was excellent ( Canon CARS).

    It was a nice hotel to stay and get ready for my wedding.

    It was a nice hotel to stay and get ready for my wedding. The make-up lady was able to come to the room and ensure I was looking great. The hotel staff ensured that all guests were welcomed and we were able to take pictures around the hotel before leaving for the wedding.

    Had the accessible room which is brilliant.

    Had the accessible room which is brilliant. The only thing I would suggest if the internal doors to the rooms and the restaurant were made automatic for disabled users, the ramp to the main door needs to be more accessible as opposed to through the car park and the external door to the hotel to be made automatic and the ramp access improved, please. Other than that, I enjoy staying at the Toby Carvery when I travel from Derby for the soul town weekend music festival.

    The hotel is located in a good spot and has a lovely atmosphere, garden and dining area. The rooms are not huge but adequate. There is a bar restaurant and a fair amount of car parking spaces and a few on the residential side road if necessary. The breakfast buffet is £11 September 2024. Unfortunately the sauna has not been working on my last two visits which is one of the reasons I choose this hotel so it has been disappointing each time. The gym has been upgraded and is a plus. Bromley shopping. centre is a five minute bus ride away.

    Very cosy hotel. Friendly staff, at my request we could be facilitated in a large room with extra wide sofa-bed for small children. Breakfast buffet with wide choice in a beautiful Garden restaurant. Nespresso coffee machine, tea making facilities and a mini fridge in the room made our stay with kids extra comfortable. All in all, very pleasant experience t Bromley Court Hotel.

    Everything Friendly and very helpful staff, the property is within walking distance of more than one bus stop so you can get to anywhere you want, whether it's the train station or Bromley North. The structure is equipped with every comfort, warm and welcoming. very nice I'd happily return if I had the chance.

    Good size room. Comfortable bed. Large shower, even though I do not like a shower in the bath this one was not too bad. Sufficient free parking spaces, not common in London. Nice area with small park in front of hotel. Breakfast was OK, freshly made.
