Everything was wonderful. My fiancé and I had one of the most beautiful, relaxing, peaceful holidays in Quinta das Lavandas. From the beginning, the owner, Dona Theresa, was polite and informative. She made sure to explain all the details of the cottage in which we stayed. The cottage itself was a bit far away from the main building, but the perfect spot to disconnect and just enjoy the serenity this place has to offer. The pool was perfect to refresh from the scorching hot days we experienced. We also did a lot of reading, as it was so inviting and calm. Dona Theresa’s husband, Dom Estêvão, was also very diligent and hospitable. Both of them were super kind, attentive, professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. The best part of our stay was the cottage, which was far from the main building. If you want to unplug from the world and connect with nature and your loved one, this is the best spot. Especially for watching the beautiful night sky. We took home a few lavender products from their production for gifting and our house. We’ll definitely go back!

Exceptional value, the room was huge, spacious, and a nice view. The hotel is brand new, so it's squeaky clean. The shower was heavenly. The beds and cotton linens very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty and their guest service skills were excellent. They even lent me a vacuum cleaner to clean my car right at the front door! Now that is a good example of top guest service.
